Complete this Re-grade Request Form if you have questions regarding the grading of a CHEM 302 exam, and would like your answers to specific questions re-evaluated. Submit this form along with your exam paper to Dr. Ruder within five academic working days of the day the material is returned to the class.

All work graded may be submitted for re-grading by the instructor after it is returned (the original, graded work, not a corrected version). Submissions for re-grading must be turned in within 14 days after receiving the work. Under no circumstances will work be accepted for re-grading after that day. Please note, the entire work will be re-graded to my standards. (CHEZ 301 & 302 Franklin)

If you have an issue quiz/test/exam grading that is not just a numerical error, you must submit your request for regrading to the instructor in writing. Include your unaltered test paper and a brief description of why you believe that you should get additional points for your answer. (EGRE 254 Klenke)
