Transparency Reports

Welcome to the Transparency Reports webpage. On this page, you will find links to two essential documents: the Student Organization Conduct Report and the Hazing Transparency Report.

VCU’s Student Organization Conduct Report is designed to help students make informed decisions about joining or participating in a student organization. This report is published twice annually, within the first 10 days of the start of both the fall and spring semesters.

The Hazing Transparency Report will be released for the first time on December 23, 2025, in compliance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act. This new document will summarize findings concerning any student organization found to be in violation of the institution’s standards of conduct related to hazing.
